    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a creative Learning Design Specialist to support their clients Endoscopy Sales Teams by developing engaging training content. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and apply instructional design principles to deliver impactful learning experiences. This entry-level role suits someone passionate about education and multimedia creation. Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, based on skillset, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field

     

    02+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning

     

    Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)

     

    Foundational knowledge of e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond)

     

    Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools

     

    Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

     

    Skills in graphic design or video editing

    Understanding of adult learning principles null
