Job Description

Day to Day / Responsibilities:

Lead the testing and deployment of back of the house technology across various locations.

Provide application support for various technologies including access control, guest redemption, CCTV, etc.

Document and troubleshoot issues, create installation guides, and develop troubleshooting guides.

Certify new equipment and applications for access control systems.

Collaborate with on-site IT staff and remote teams to ensure successful system implementations.

Work closely with application vendors and business units on upgrades, deployments, and projects.

Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for issue resolution and system integration.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for access control systems.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in product engineer, product owner, support engineer, or similar role.

Experience developing and understanding system architecture diagrams

Experience developing and understanding data flow diagrams and system dependencies.

2+ years with windows server and workstation environment.

2+ years of DHCP and DNS.

Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.

Proven ability to formulate, communicate, and implement technical solutions with different teams, leaders, and vendors. CCTV experience

Hospitality experience (resorts, hotels, theme park, etc.)

Certification in relevant technologies or systems (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Access Control Specialist null
