Job Description

- Work closely with other business and technology teams to help support project workload, specifically within digital modernization and transformation

- Partake in bi-weekly sprints, quarterly PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

- Help coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices

- Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress and coordinate with other team to eliminate external obstacles

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master

- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall environments

- Experience with conducting Scrum ceremonies and Agile coaching - Insurance industry background null
