• Collaboration Network Architect

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Collaboration Network Architect III with 5+ years of experience to support an academic medical system in Oklahoma City. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing voice and collaboration systems using Cisco technologies such as CUCM, Unity Connection, and Voice Gateways. They will focus on modernizing communication infrastructure, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader IT environment. The ideal candidate has experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and cloud-based voice platforms like Zoom Phone or RingCentral, along with a strong understanding of networking protocols like QoS, VLANs, and VPNs. This role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, maintaining technical documentation, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams. A bachelors degree is required, and Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCVP are preferred.

    Compensation:

    $125,000 and up based on experience

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience as an Collaboration Architect

     

    - Completed Bachelors Degree

     

    - 5+ years working as a contact center expert: implementation and admin

     

    - 5+ years working with Voice: designing and implementing VoIP systems, troubleshooting calls, integrating voice systems with other network services

    - Understanding of Avaya to Cisco in house -Networking Certification null
