    Job Description

    We are seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to drive the automation and alignment of internal systems and processes for a medical device software organization. This role will lead the implementation of a strategic vision to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and unify multiple product lines under a common DevSecOps and automation framework.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the implementation of automation and DevSecOps practices across multiple product teams with limited resources.

     

    Own and evolve the Configuration Management Plan and ensure alignment with quality documentation and release cycles.

     

    Collaborate with Product Security, Release Engineering, and Architecture teams to extract and utilize data from the master architectural tool (IcePanel) to drive product builds and quality deliverables.

     

    Align infrastructure and application DevOps teams to a common DevSecOps model.

     

    Drive automation of quality systems, including deliverables like test plans and reports, using a centralized source of truth.

     

    Manage technical execution across teams working with technologies such as .NET, React, JavaScript, containers, clusters, and Microsoft base images.

     

    Support integration of AI capabilities and IoT technologies into the DevSecOps pipeline.

     

    Communicate and present the DevSecOps vision to stakeholders and lead knowledge transfer for incoming team members.

    Compensation:

    $10/hr to $18/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Strong experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.

     

    Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.

     

    Experience in medical device software development and understanding of regulatory quality systems.

     

    Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.

     

    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical initiatives. Experience with endoscopic workflows, AI integration, and IoT systems.

     

    Familiarity with architectural tools like IcePanel or similar.

     

    Background in managing or contributing to quality systems automation. null
