• Residential Property Manager (Bilingual - Spanish)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Property Manager to join our team and help oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. This role will manage 1 apartment complex with 184 units.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee day-to-day operations of a 184-unit apartment property.

     

    Manage leasing activities including new leases, renewals, and walk-throughs.

     

    Coordinate maintenance requests and facilitate subcontractor work.

     

    Handle Housing Authority Section 8 compliance and tenant communication.

     

    Maintain accurate records and ensure timely rent collection.

     

    Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

     

    Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

     

    Perform general property management duties as needed.

    Skills and Requirements

    Requirements

    Minimum 5 years of property management experience.

     

    Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

     

    Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility for weekend overtime if needed. Plusses:

     

    Proven experience managing large multifamily properties (100+ units).

     

    Strong knowledge of Section 8 housing and lease compliance. null
