Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Management Specialist to join our Environmental Group. This role is ideal for a data professional with experience in environmental data systems, dashboard development, and client-facing responsibilities. You will play a key role in managing complex environmental datasets, supporting project teams, and delivering actionable insights to clients through dynamic data visualization tools.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in environmental data management, preferably within an AEC or consulting environment.
Proven experience managing databases with varying size, scope, and complexity.
Familiarity with environmental contaminants and media, and regulatory data requirements.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools; ability to develop and modify dashboards live.
Strong understanding of environmental sample tracking workflows and QA/QC processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in direct client engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with environmental data management platforms
Knowledge of scripting languages for data processing and automation.
Familiarity with GIS tools and spatial data integration. null
