    Were looking for a PMO Implementation Lead to join our Engineering organization at a FinTech client. The strategic vision and structure for the PMO have already been definedyour role is to operationalize and execute that plan, ensuring successful adoption across engineering teams. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable outcomes.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Proven experience leading Agile programs across engineering teams (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid Agile frameworks

     

    Familiarity with Agile frameworks and common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, PowerPoint)

     

    PMO Implementation Experience (executing a predefined PMO strategy)

     

    Comfortable interfacing with executive-level stakeholders and influencing outcomes

     

    Excellent communicator with a consultative mindset

     

    Exposure to change management and organizational rollout strategies Background in product management or experience working with TPMs

     

    FinTech industry knowledge

    PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, CSM null
