    Job Description

    Insight Global is searching for a Home Loan Servicing Specialist to work with our financial client in the East Bay. This individual will be working within the Business Loan department, alongside a team of 10 others. They will be taking in phone inquiries from customers, posting member mortgage loan payments, posting payoff checks and balancing, setting up and cancelling accounts, etc. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle themselves professionally internally and externally. This position is a contract role with potential for extensions and long-term employment, upon positive performance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ years of loan servicing experience, in a customer service environment

     

    Strong soft-skills, team player personality, excellent phone etiquette

     

    Proficiency in MS Applications, including Word and Outlook Experience working for a credit union, bank or other financial institution null
