    Position Summary:

    In this role, the ideal candidate will assist the Commercial Sales Organization through each step of the sales process, including ongoing sales support and effective communication of new growth initiatives and processes; Sharing, learning, and collaborating with team members to improve execution, and generating ideas that drive team results and success.

     

    _Note: Residency in Irving, TX is not required to be considered for this position._

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 level technical support to the commercial sales organization for JET, Dynamics 365, and Mastermind using a live Microsoft Teams bridge line.

    + Respond to Sales Support Cases created within Dynamics 365 CE.

    + Review and resolve Return to Branch (RTB) Integrations for Core and Enterprise Sales Reps

    + Provide one-to-one training for Sales Representatives and Managers on our Sales Systems

    + Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for commercial programs, including JET and Dynamics 365 CE, which includes the creation of test scenarios, validating results, and reporting defects

    + Assist with the creation of leads, opportunities, and accounts in Dynamics 365.

    + Provide Administrative support as needed to include but not limited to reports, training, and ad hoc requests.

    + Assist with multi-site import requests as needed for Commercial Sales Representatives.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and identify root cause analysis for Dynamics 365 and JET.

    + Assist in tracking statistical information for departments and compiling data into reports as needed.

    + Interface with various levels of field organization.

    + Perform other related duties, as assigned.

    Sales Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications:

    + Excellent interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a team while having the ability to complete tasks and make decisions independently.

    + Computer literacy to work includes data entry and typing.

    + Knowledge of basic spreadsheet and word processing software.

    + Must be PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Internet; ability to type 35 wpm.

    + Ability to use various organizational methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.

    + Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially over the phone and on conference calls when interacting with company representatives and leadership.

    + Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms help our internal customers solve problems and accurately describe products.

    + Use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues when they occur.

    + Self-motivated and professional attitude.

    + Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

    + Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the sales field and other employees of the organization.

    Qualification and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

    + 1-4 years of Sales Support

    + 4+ Years of Customer Service

    + 1-3 years of Experience in the Security and/or Fire Industry is a plus
