    Position Title: Project Manager

     

    Reports To: Corporate Program Manager

     

    Clearance Type: Secret

     

    Work Location: National Capital Region

     

    Estimated Start Date: On contract award

    Job Description:

    Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program.

    Summary of duties include but not limited to:

    + Oversee and manage a project or multiple projects, from inception to deployment, in accordance with contract requirements

    + Provide day-to-day management

    + Liaise/collaborate with all relevant stakeholders

    + Ensure that all parties, e.g., top management, rank-and-file employees, contractor

    + management and employees are kept apprised as to all pertinent information and requirements.

    + Provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas. Is responsible for overall contractor performance

    + Some travel may be required

    Required Experience:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Active SECRET clearance

    + Minimum of 10 years’ Program Management experience

    + Must have experience in managing projects through all phases, from conceptualization to completion/provision of deliverables

    + Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.

    + Must demonstrate ability to work with individuals at all levels.

    + Must have the ability to plan and organize complex work effectively.

    + Must have experience supervising employees.

    Working Conditions:

    + Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

    + Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach

    + Able to sit, stand, walk, run

    + Able to lift up to 50 pounds
