    Facilities and Energy Services – Keyless Access and Video Surveillance The Keyless Access and Video Surveillance team, in the Facilities and Energy Services department, has been created to ensure the safety and security of our campus community. Facility Management is a service focused department and will be the initial point of contact for all facilities related requests from maintenance to access on TAMU buildings, infrastructure, and amenities under the oversight of TAMU.     Do you like to solve problems and think creatively? As a Facilities Coordinator I, you will do just that as you assist with the coordination of maintenance and repair related to mechanical and electrical operations, HVAC, custodial and landscaping to ensure buildings are comfortable and safe for faculty, staff, students and guests. Come join us as we work together to provide superior customer service at Texas A&M University. Special care is taken to ensure the right development opportunities are planned to advance your career. Multiple positions are available. We need your ability to assist with routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, after-hours emergencies and more. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate renovation and construction projects, building access, space planning and emergency management. You will provide excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills in every aspect of your job.

     

    What You Need To Know

     

    Starting salary-$48,612, commensurate based upon candidate experience.

    This position is located in College Station, TX. Remote/Work from alternate location is not available at this time.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Preferred Education and Experience

    + The well qualified candidate will have experience in facilities management or building maintenance
