    Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer - Intermediate to join their team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting supplier management and development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Supplier Quality Engineer - Intermediate

    **Location:** Little Canada, MN

    **Pay Range:** 40 to 45/ hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage Supplier Change Notification (SCN) including change impact assessment, internal/external communication, and change implementation.

    + Conduct Material Non-conformance Investigations, managing root cause investigation, risk assessment, and corrective activities.

    + Oversee Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR), including investigation, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness (VOE).

    + Facilitate Supplier Development by managing supplier qualification, new material qualification, and developing receiving inspection procedures for new product integration.

    + Support Supplier Performance Monitoring by creating performance scorecards to track and enhance supplier performance.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in quality engineering or a related field.

    + Strong understanding of supplier quality management principles and methodologies.

    + Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

    + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
