Job Posting: Maintenance Technician

**Location:** South Houston area (Close to Hobby Airport)

**Rate:** $20/hour

**Schedule** : Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative and equipment maintenance, as well as a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Conduct routine maintenance and repairs.

+ Climb and work at heights as necessary.

+ Carry out painting and other upkeep tasks.

+ Utilize various tools, including power tools, hand tools, and plumbing tools.

+ Follow all applicable safety protocols and procedures.

+ Execute written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good communication skills.
