Our client, a leader in the sanitation industry, is seeking a Sanitation Associate to join their team. As a Sanitation Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a commitment to attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sanitation Associate

**Location:** Knoxville, TN

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

**Shift:** Night Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM - 5:30 AM

What's the Job?

+ Responsible for cleaning all areas of the warehouse to maintain a sanitary environment.

+ Work primarily in a cold environment, including freezer areas.

+ Utilize provided cold weather gear and ensure proper attire, including safety boots.

+ Demonstrate a strong attendance record and reliability in your work schedule.

+ Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in sanitation practices.

What's Needed?

+ Proof of a good attendance record, having worked at past employers for 6+ months over the past 2 years.

+ Ability to work in a cold environment and familiarity with freezer operations.

+ Ownership of steel-toed boots for safety compliance.

+ A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.

+ No significant gaps in employment; if gaps exist, provide details on activities during those periods.
