Our client, a leader in premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production team responsible for packaging, palletizing and putting away chemical finished product.. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Location:** Eagan, MN

**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour

**Position Type:** 3 Month Contract with potential for extension/conversion to full-time

**Shift:** Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

+ Operate packaging equipment continually, including wrappers, tape machines, and palletizers.

+ Participate in manual packaging tasks such as lifting, boxing, stacking, and taping.

+ Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Complete and document activities that measure quality and productivity accurately and timely.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

+ Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs and stand for long hours (6+ hrs).

+ Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
