The Business Intelligence Analyst is the catalyst behind Atrium’s data-driven success, igniting innovation by delivering advanced analytics to our Feasibility, Financial Planning & Analytics, and Business Analytics teams. Partnering closely with our functional leaders, this go-to data expert crafts performance models and uncovers game-changing insights that keep Atrium Hospitality on the leading edge. Together, we turn numbers into narratives, powering smarter decisions and fueling ongoing excellence across our company.
Salary: $100,000- $120,000
What You Will Do:
+ Drive innovation by partnering with key leaders to deliver analytical solutions that support smart, impactful decisions.
+ Deliver regular financial updates and provide insightful reviews with key metrics and external benchmarks—because numbers tell the real story!
+ Lead cutting-edge business intelligence projects, finding actionable insights that keep us ahead of the market curve.
+ Improve processes and boost efficiency through creative, data-driven solutions and automation.
+ Design intuitive dashboards in Tableau (the prettier, the better!) to communicate key results clearly.
+ Build, enhance, and maintain financial models, reports, and analytics tools for continuous business improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
+ 4+ years in analytics, especially with relational databases, BI, and advanced tools like Python or R Studio _Because deep experience means you can jump right in and deliver insights that matter._
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience _Knowledge is great; practical experience seals the deal._
+ Expertise in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, PyTorch, or Tensor Flow _The right tools power both your creativity and our bottom line._
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities _The answers aren’t always obvious, but you make complex data look easy (and fun!)._
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills _Your knack for translating data into stories brings teams together and drives action._
+ Hospitality industry, revenue management, or operational know-how _Understanding our world means you’ll spot opportunities (and headaches) before anyone else does._
