    Primary Function

     

    Regional field service responsibility which includes but not limited to; customer site visits, defusing tense situations, maintaining relationships, servicing equipment, repairing equipment, delivering salt, dealer support and customer service support

    Responsibilities

    + Installing water treatment products in commercial and residential settings

    + Driving company vehicle (Van)

    + Use of soldering equipment

    + Troubleshooting of water softeners and purification sysytems

    + Testing of water quality from softener system

    + Removal and disposal of old water softeners and related devices

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 3+ years of related work experience or training.

    + Proficiency with computers and programs, specifically Microsoft Office software, SalesForce, SAP.

    + Proficient customer service experience.

    + Possess a general understanding of local, state, and national codes / regulations.

    + Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.

    + Demonstrated comprehension of water supply systems, pressure boosting systems, regulation, piping scenarios etc.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Associates degree in related preferred

    + Field HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical related experience preferred

    + Trade Certification, preferred

    + Demonstrated experience in Control Systems (PLCs) and Building Integration Systems preferred.

    Education

    High School Diploma or GED in Related Field
