Grow a Cooler career with Chart Industries by supporting our Fan Shop Operations as a Mold Operator! This position is Friday through Sunday, with ability to pick up other shifts during the week, if desired. Day shift and Night shift availability.
_What Will You Do?_
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Operates any one of various machines in order to perform a certain process to the material
+ Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
+ Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion
+ Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
+ Performs a variety of complicated tasks
REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
+ Knowledge of a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
+ Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
+ Ability to work under general supervision
+ Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
+ Ability to complete formal training in area of specialty
+ Ability to handle all 9 mold stations
+ Wide degree of creativity and latitude

+ Must be able to work inside
+ REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS

+ Ear Plugs
+ Gloves (when needed)
+ Air Supplied Hood
+ Tyvek Coveralls (optional)
+ Sports Belt (optional)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Walking
+ Standing
+ Using hands
+ Bending
+ Lifting
_Your Experience Should Be..._
+ 6 months or more in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment
+ Experience working with fiberglass
+ High School Education or GED preferred
