If you're a **seasoned Business Systems Analyst** with supplemental QA experience and has a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, QA processes, and top-tier communication skills, this is your chance to own delivery from discovery through implementation. You’ll add some new skills to your toolbelt in **data aggregation, portal design, stakeholder interaction, and more** , all while collaborating with a fun, fast-moving team with excellent morale.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis

+ Experience writing user stories and requirements in **JIRA**

+ Manual QA experience (test case creation, validation, defect management)

+ Strong communication skills – verbal & written

+ Proven success in Agile environments

+ Ability to hit the ground running in structured, fast-paced settings

Desired Skills & Experience

+ Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience

+ Familiarity with data lakes and dashboard-style portals

+ Experience working with offshore development teams

+ Degree in Information Technology or similar technical field
