    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to be a part of the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) Strategy & Execution team.

    In this role, you will:

    + **Implement Controls Framework** – Support the execution of the target operating model focusing on establishing a robust controls framework

    + **Risk & Control Collaboration** – Work closely with Risk & Control partners and DAR peers in reviewing processes and controls, including contributing to the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)

    + **Promote Risk Awareness** – Promote a risk & control mindset across the DAR organization through education, issue review forums, and root cause analysis

    + **Program Execution Support** – Support cross-functional teams in strategizing, planning, and executing programs, with a focus on automated QA and related initiatives

    + **Business Research & Analysis** – Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and understanding of organizational strategy

    + **Independent Strategic Support** – Work independently to make recommendations and provide leadership for support functions

    + **Program & Initiative Planning** – Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives related to risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

    + **Project Planning Collaboration** – Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures

    + **Cross-Functional Leadership** – Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners

    Required Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + **Project Management Experience** – 4+ years of managing and executing projects in complex regulatory environments.

    + **Risk & Control Expertise** – Strong background in risk management and control frameworks, including hands-on experience with the RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) process.

    + **Change & Program Management** – Proven expertise in change and program management; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

    + **Stakeholder Communication** – Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Audit, Legal, Risk, and Control teams.

    + **Training & Culture Development** – Experience in developing training programs that foster a risk-aware mindset and support a culture of continuous learning.

    + **Data & Analytics Tools Proficiency** – Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms.

    + **Self-Motivation & Team Collaboration** – Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in large, transformational programs as part of collaborative teams.

    + **Financial Services Experience** – 4+ years of experience working within the financial services industry.

    + **Regulatory Compliance Knowledge** – Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the financial services sector

    Job Expectations:
