    **Work Schedule:** 4 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 12:00:00 PM)

    **Pay Range:** $40-70.00 per hour

The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

    Summary:

    We are seeking a qualified Instructor with expertise in relevant subject areas to contribute to academic instruction, clinical teaching (if applicable), and service within the institution. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in education and community engagement.

    Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

    •- Serve as a clinical supervisor or academic instructor as required.

    •- Teach and co-teach courses in the assigned curriculum.

    •- Provide academic or clinical services as applicable.

    • Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and institutional service activities.

    • Advise and mentor students in academic and/or clinical settings.

    • Collaborate with program directors and education managers to support student learning and operations.

    • Maintain and develop instructional or clinical materials and resources.

    • Promote community outreach and student engagement aligned with institutional goals.

    • Contribute to the growth and specialization of educational programs.

    Required Qualifications:

    •- Master’s degree in a relevant field.

    • Professional certification or licensure as required by the discipline.

    • Eligibility for state licensure if applicable.

    • Demonstrated potential in teaching and/or research.

    • Relevant experience with target populations or subject matter.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    •- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).

    • Prior experience in clinical supervision or academic instruction. Additional Information: This position may involve direct supervision of educational activities and requires a high level of professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to the institution’s educational model.
