Wells Fargo is seeking a Virtual Western US based, Retail Auto Relationship Manager in Consumer Lending, Strategic Alliances and Relationship Management as a part of Wells Fargo Auto Sales. In this role, you will:
+ Participate in building and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory and identify opportunity for process improvements within the territory
+ Manage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships
+ Establish and maintain dealer relationships
+ Terminate non-performing dealers
+ Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirements
+ Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers, and interface with all level of management, both internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Wells Fargo Auto sales management and business development territory experience
+ Experience with Wells Fargo Dealer Services systems and platforms
+ Dealer services or auto finance risk experience
+ Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit Previous auto finance industry experience
+ Client account relationship development and management experience
+ Proficient experience with Salesforce
+ Tableau experience
+ Proficient in using MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
+ Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse analysis
+ Knowledge and Experience of CRS, DEALERTRAK, ROUTEONE and other Auto Applications
+ Experience working in a virtual dialog environment
+ Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet expected deadlines
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to travel up to 5% of the time as needed
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

+ Candidates must reside in the Western United States, within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones
**Pay Range:** Salary range is determined by location of the job.
Virtual Retail Auto Relationship Management: Covers jobs responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with retail auto clients. Auto Relationship Managers have frequent interactions with their group of assigned auto dealership clients to understand their needs, solicit their business, and provide indirect lending to the dealerships customers who are purchasing automobiles, and who require lender financing, which is what we provide.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$77,000.00 - $121,000.00
