About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Strategy and Execution team for Small & Business Banking. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of high-impact, high-visibility initiatives within Small and Business Banking. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional efforts, structuring and managing complex programs, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
+ **Lead Execution of Strategic Initiatives:** Serve as the primary driver for complex, high-priority SBB initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and executive expectations.
+ **Program Management:** Own end-to-end program setup, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Organize and lead workgroups across multiple business functions to ensure cohesive execution and accountability.
+ **Decision Facilitation:** Drive key decisions by synthesizing data, aligning stakeholders, and presenting clear recommendations.
+ **Risk Management:** Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately to ensure minimal disruption.
+ **Executive Communication:** Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, key decisions needed, and strategic implications.
+ **Subject Matter Expertise:** Leverage deep expertise in SBB to guide teams, influence direction, and serve as a trusted advisor across the organization
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong experience in strategic execution, program management, or business transformation
+ Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
+ Expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
+ High degree of professionalism, integrity, and executive presence
