    Do you want to create and deliver innovate consumer software products for millions of customers around the world? The Amazon Kids organization is looking for a Technical Product Manager to help drive some of our initiatives on the Parents Experiences team. This role will lead the strategic planning, definition, execution, and delivery of technology to enable parents to efficiently setup their Kids+ enabled device, manage and tailor their child's experience, and ensure overall satisfaction. You will manage aspects of our end-to-end Parent product roadmap, develop requirements and technical solutions for innovative technologies that align our Kids+ strategy, and oversee successful expansion and delivery of these Parent experiences to new devices and geographies.

    Key job responsibilities

    This role requires excellent writing skills, strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively partner across Amazon product lines and businesses to solve challenging problems. You will define and launch new game-changing features and services that drive acquisition, engagement and retention for Amazon Kids for parents. You will have experience deep diving new business areas (range of CX, marketing, and engineering), a strong bias towards data driven decision making, and an innate ability to define and understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You should be comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity, while developing strategy and vision documents to align and influence key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

     

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience with end to end product delivery

     

    - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

     

    - Experience managing technical products or online services

     

    - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
