    Position Responsibilities:

    Manage operations and logistics related to our workforce such as performance, productivity, safe work environment policies/procedures, and OSHA compliance, and adherence to quality control standards. Manage and lead operations and workforce team to correct quality detects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience and adherence to quality control standards. Perform capacity planning and analysis; Recommend changes to work methods and labor standards that increase operational efficiency. Drive Kaizen projects using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies and other performance metrics/process improvements and statistical decision-making tools to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization and logistics. Conduct qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross functional initiatives. Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. This also involves taking proactive steps and coordinating cross-functionally across different business units, to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network. Perform deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from the processes of the operations such as how orders are taken and processed, to the items available for selection and how these items are shipped and reach the customer, and continually innovate and optimize processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency.

     

    40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $130,333/year to $136,500/year

    Basic Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (any), Operations, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, in procurement, sourcing, or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (any), Operations, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) supplier/ vendor relationship management; (2) cost accounting and procurement; (3) supply chain operations; (4) using Excel and analytical platforms, including analyzing data using pivots and V-Lookups; and (5) understanding process flow and leading process improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reduction, or other benefits to the site.#0000
