    Luxury Stores at Amazon is seeking an experienced and results-driven Creative Project Manager to oversee the execution of content creation to meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional collaboration, expertly coordinating project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets.

     

    As the key driver of each project's deliverables, the Creative Project Manager will be at the forefront of interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and driving projects forward efficiently. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—constantly planning, iterating, and pushing for excellence. This individual leads with confidence, fosters transparent communication, and encourages diverse perspectives to achieve the best possible outcomes. With expert communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across varying creative disciplines, the successful candidate will navigate ambiguity and provide actionable solutions in real-time, keeping projects on track and at the highest quality.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Manage multiple parallel projects working with design/copy, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.

    • Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities.

    • Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.

    • Uphold standards and best practices methods.

    • Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.

    • Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.

    • Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.

    • Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.

    • Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders improvements where relevant.

    • On-board and/or manage external vendor resources.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

     

    - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

     

    - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience creating visual assets for digital, mobile, and social

     

    - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
