We are constantly innovating in the ways we are automating and accelerating the delivery of products and packages which includes building custom hardware and applying robotics, autonomy, supply chain optimization, machine learning, manipulation, image processing, and real-time data processing using distributed systems.
Amazon Robotics is seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented Program Manager to join our Technology Deployment Content Capture, Generation, and Deployment (CCGD) organization. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of comprehensive deployment playbooks that are critical to scaling Amazon Robotics technologies across our global operations, as well as owning training and tooling strategies for NPI technologies, to allow scalability of robotics solutions across the Network.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of deployment playbooks for Amazon Robotics technology programs
- Complex stakeholder management: Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams, including Product Launch, IT, Systems Integration, Retrofit Readiness, Strategy and Operations, Robotics Deployment Engineering, Deployment Modeling, and more
- Own Third Party and Blue Badge Training program strategy
- Own deployment tooling strategies for NPI technologies
- Incorporate lessons learned from alpha, beta, and general availability deployments to prevent recurring issues and optimize processes
- Track product changes and translate them into actionable learnings to enhance deployment efficiency
- Develop process engineering standards that promote the highest quality and lean principles for global technology deployments
- Assist in systems strategy development, defining metrics and reporting to ensure timely and accurate data collection
- Partner with leadership and Amazon Finance to quantify the value proposition of reduced deployment times, and develop white papers to justify new deployment strategies

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
