Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This position is ideal for individuals at the start of their accounting career who are eager to grow and thrive within a collaborative and modern work environment. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy in coding and documentation.

• Reconcile company credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of invoice processing and payment history.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice issues and secure approvals.

• Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up as needed.

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations.

• Support the implementation of process improvements within the accounts payable function.

• Uphold compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements • Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice management.

• Familiarity with coding invoices and conducting check runs.

• Experience with credit card reconciliation is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.

• Proficiency in accounting software or systems.

• Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.

• Entry-level accounting experience or relevant education preferred.
