Description

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney (1-8yrs exp) to join a dynamic commercial litigation law firm in Orlando, Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex litigation and bankruptcy cases while benefiting from a collaborative office culture and supportive mentorship. Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases, including drafting motions and briefs.

• Conduct legal research and prepare well-reasoned arguments for court proceedings.

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.

• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.

• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation laws to deliver accurate counsel.

Requirements • Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida.

• Possess at least 1 year of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy law.

• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and conducting legal research.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client representation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and bankruptcy laws.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a high level of attention to detail.
