    Overview:

    Robert Half is partnering with a well-established client in Salt Lake City seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support members of their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized administrative professional to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished, and capable of handling confidential material with discretion.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Providing high-level administrative support to C-suite or senior executives

    + Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and/or international travel

    + Preparing internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

    + Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

    + Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up on action items

    + Supporting ongoing projects and day-to-day operations of the executive office

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

    + High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
