Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. This in-office role offers an exciting opportunity for a meticulous individual to oversee critical accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and conducting proactive collection efforts.
• Process vendor payments on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports for the organization.
• Reconcile company credit cards and financial statements to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized records and utilize tools like Excel or Google Sheets to track financial data.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accounting practices align with company standards.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to streamline financial operations.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting within the organization.
• Support other accounting-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated expertise in collection processes, particularly in B2B environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is essential.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to grammar and detail.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to maintain a consistent and dependable work history.
