    Inventory Control Specialist – Temp to Hire

     

    Pay: $20/hour

     

    Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (90 Days)

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for a full-time, onsite position in Central OKC. This role plays a critical part in overseeing overdue inventory and initiating timely collections processes. Ideal for individuals with a background in collections, customer service, or high-volume call environments, this position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement after 90 days.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor, review, and resolve overdue inventory files in accordance with established guidelines.

    + Initiate and track collection efforts through phone calls, emails, letters, and other communication channels.

    + Accurately document asset location, customer interactions, and resolution steps in internal systems.

    + Investigate account status and confirm inventory details through research and communication with internal departments.

    + Prepare escalated files for further action (e.g., loss or recovery processes) and ensure all supporting documentation is completed.

    + Coordinate with field staff and third-party vendors to support recovery and resolution activities.

    + Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ year of experience in collections, inventory control, customer service, or a call center environment

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

    + Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and software quickly

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

    + High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

    + Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
