    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual LOA/FMLA Assistant to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage employee leaves of absence and related documentation.

    • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records.

    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

    • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

    • Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility.

    • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and maintaining files.

    • Support compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and workflows.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration, including leaves of absence and employee relations.

     

    • Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and maintaining accurate records.

    • Strong background in onboarding processes and conducting background checks.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
