Communicate any changes or updates received from clients and/or CarePartners to the appropriate branch staff. Support and assist CarePartners with downloading the mobile phone application, training on AutoLink guidelines and educate on current EVV bonus structure. High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year work experience Analytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations. Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.
