Job Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the current portfolio of business with a focus on maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including Program Managers, Finance, Operations, Estimating, Engineers, and Quality, to address client needs and provide a comprehensive point of contact for stakeholders.
+ Ensure all commercial tasks, such as quoting, sampling, and addressing quality concerns, are managed effectively.
+ Address open financial and commercial issues, proactively working toward resolution while keeping accounts current.
+ Conduct market and financial analysis to assess profitability across assigned accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
+ Support business development strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program/Project teams, to implement solutions and achieve growth targets for assigned accounts.
+ Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company’s revenue goals and sales strategy.
+ Build and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and presenting innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
+ Engage in technical training and presentations to clients while collecting feedback to guide future product and strategy development.
+ Act as a trusted advisor and solutions provider to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Drive timely responses to meet client deadlines and expectations.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, program management, or sales in corporate environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in finance, business, or related fields are preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with relevant financial tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand manufacturing processes.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
