    Description

    Our client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full Time Conversational AI Designer to join their team. This role requires candidates to sit in their Atlanta, GA office a minimum of 3 days per week.

     

    We’re looking for a Conversational AI Designer to craft intelligent, engaging, and on-brand conversational experiences across chatbots, voice assistants, and other AI-driven interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, UX design, and AI—ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative storyteller and systems thinker.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Design and script user-centered conversational flows for chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice interfaces

    + Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure conversations align with brand tone and customer goals

    + Build, test, and optimize flows using tools like Dialogflow, Cognigy, or Ada

    + Analyze user interactions and feedback to improve conversation quality and effectiveness

    + Write natural, engaging dialogue that feels human while driving business outcomes (support, lead gen, education, etc.)

    + Ensure accessibility, clarity, and compliance across all conversational touchpoints

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience in UX writing, conversation design, chatbot development, or related fields

    + Portfolio of chatbot or voice assistant work (or strong copywriting/UX examples)

    + Strong understanding of user experience principles and AI technologies like NLP and intent mapping

    + Proficiency with conversational design tools (Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Botmock, Rasa, etc.)

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, dev, CX, marketing)

    + Bonus: familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs)
