Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** **is seeking** **First-Line Product & Service Quality Managers (Level K)** **to join our** **Electrical Systems Responsibility Center** **in** **Everett, WA.

Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) is seeking candidates that have extensive electrical knowledge of the airplane. The ideal candidate would have a degree and have managed employees in either Engineering or Quality, have line Quality experience and be a SME with QMS knowledge.

Position Responsibilities

+ Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.

+ Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

+ May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.

+ Quality management position can be shift variable and is onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

+ 3+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in quality or manufacturing. (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team’s talent.)

+ 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry

+ 3+ years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)

+ Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

+ Bachelor's degree in related field

+ Experience in quality leadership

+ Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model

+ Experience working in Delivery Centers, Final Assembly Production, and/or Fabrication division

1st and 2nd shift position

Summary pay range: $122,00-$149,600/Annually
