The Boeing Company is seeking an **Associate Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer** . As part of Boeing's Space Electronics division, you will oversee and perform the design, analysis, manufacture, integration and testing of electronics for satellites. This position is located in **El Segundo, CA** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Analyzes customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products

+ Develops high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications

+ Validates designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis

+ Identifies, tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements

+ Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services of limited scope

+ Provides engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product

+ Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

+ Works under general direction

+ Design and lead the development of state-of-the art power and analog electronics for space-based applications

+ Duties will include circuit design, requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, testing, performance and design verification

+ Perform Technical support for production and test of space-qualified electronics and leading-edge technology

+ Analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products

+ Develop high-level diagrams and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications

+ Validate designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis with emphasis on Power Supply, Analog, and/or Digital Circuit Design

+ Identify, track and status technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements

+ Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product

+ Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs and design/analysis processes to meet projected requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

+ Experience in Analog, Digital, and/or Power Electronics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with Power conditioning electronics, control system design and theory

+ Experience with Circuit design and analysis – with focus on Power Supply, Analog, and/or Digital design

+ Experience with Electronics test methodology

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,850 – $116,150
