Description We are looking for a highly skilled FP& A Director to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial planning and analysis efforts while driving strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual budgets and long-term forecasts.

• Design and implement financial models to support business strategy and evaluate potential opportunities.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Manage consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Lead forecasting efforts, incorporating market trends and business performance metrics.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize the use of SAP ECC and EPM systems for financial reporting.

• Support small business lending initiatives by analyzing financial data and risk metrics.

• Partner with private equity stakeholders to align financial strategies and ensure transparency.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel techniques to streamline data analysis and reporting. Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including annual budgets and forecasting.

• Expertise in developing and utilizing financial models to support business decisions.

• Proficiency with SAP ECC and EPM systems for financial management and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of consolidated financial statements and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with private equity and small business lending processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
