Description We are looking for a highly skilled Communication Specialist with expertise in creative design to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position involves creating impactful visual content to support corporate communication goals, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to elevate internal and external promotional efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the art direction for graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with corporate identity standards.

• Design and produce a variety of materials, including annual reports, brochures, advertisements, trade show displays, and corporate communication templates.

• Collaborate with teams to generate creative concepts, taking design projects from initial idea through to implementation.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables by thoroughly proofing designs and working closely with other graphic designers.

• Develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively bring the brand to life, considering both big-picture strategy and detailed execution.

• Interpret client objectives to clarify design challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

• Present ideas and concepts effectively, both visually and through verbal communication.

• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and production techniques to continuously enhance creative output.

• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining organization and attention to detail.

• Support other marketing and communication functions as needed, contributing to overall team success. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in arts or related fields requiring attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in communication arts, graphic design, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to develop strategic communication plans using research and audience insights.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong knowledge of offset print production processes, including 2- and 4-color techniques.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for visual information design.

• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Innovation starts with people.®
