Description We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful data-driven initiatives. The role focuses on managing databases, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data to support organizational programs and initiatives, driving actionable insights and recommendations.

• Develop and maintain analytics platforms, dashboards, and data models to address evolving business needs.

• Implement robust security measures and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data.

• Create and maintain documentation, including data designs, requirements, and user manuals for stakeholders.

• Design and execute data collection processes and measurement strategies to enhance analysis techniques and identify trends.

• Generate comprehensive reports, summaries, and visualizations to communicate findings to decision-makers and senior leaders.

• Provide training and enablement to system users, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business needs and drive success.

• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to measure effectiveness and forecast outcomes.

• Support the development of decision-making tools, such as predictive models and performance dashboards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a human resources context.

• Proficiency in Oracle and advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Python/R, and Excel.

• Experience in designing and implementing data collection processes and developing dashboards and reports.

• Strong skills in SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, MySQL, and performance tuning.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Proven track record of utilizing data analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.

• Familiarity with human resources software and experience working with headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition metrics. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
