Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Highland Hills, Ohio. In this role, you will ensure payroll and invoicing operations are completed with precision and in compliance with established procedures. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Review payroll data meticulously to confirm the accuracy of taxing locales and reconcile figures across multiple databases.
• Verify client invoicing information to ensure alignment with payroll details and overall accuracy.
• Process and finalize payrolls, including printing checks in accordance with banking deadlines.
• Generate and finalize invoices, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare and organize shipment packets for clients, ensuring all materials are accurate and complete.
• Assist with departmental functions such as customer service and additional invoicing tasks.
• Reconcile payroll and invoicing data with accounting statements to maintain precise records.
• Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain timely and organized completion of all assigned duties to support operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll processing and invoicing within a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple databases and accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer service and building positive client relationships.
• Familiarity with shipping functions and preparation of client materials.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while adhering to company policies.
• Knowledge of banking operations and accounting principles.
• Commitment to delivering accurate results and maintaining high standards of integrity.
