    Description

    We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee key financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounts receivable operations. Based in Monmouth County, New Jersey, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the real estate and facilities management industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Post charges, credits, returned payments, and payment transfers to accounts with accuracy.

    • Record deposits into the accounting system promptly and efficiently.

    • Update and maintain owner information in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    • Process name changes and edits in the appropriate systems as needed.

    • Collaborate on additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

    • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality as vital aspects of this role.

     

    Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.

    • Strong understanding of accounting functions and billing procedures.

    • Familiarity with cash activity processes and financial recordkeeping.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
