    Description

    Join a tight-knit, family-oriented team in Redlands as a Service Coordinator supporting fire life safety systems. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential. Most employees stay beyond the conversion period due to the strong culture and career growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Dispatch Coordination for 10–15 field technicians across maintenance, inspections, emergency requests and installations.

    + Schedule and manage service requests for fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and security systems.

    + Coordinate parts ordering and fulfillment:

    + Work with internal teams to check inventory, place orders, and communicate ETAs to customers.

    + Schedule jobs once required parts arrive.

    + Coordinate part deliveries as needed.

    + Understand and support the auto call-off process (training provided or discussed with client).

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience, preferably in field service or construction-related industries.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written).

    + Proven work stability — seeking candidates with a consistent employment history.

    + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
