• Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections Supervisor with 5+ years of experience within distribution, manufacturing, or service-based industries. Construction-related expertise—such as handling collections, NTOs, lien releases, AR, and billing—is highly desired. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven ability to train and develop high-performing teams. Sage Intacct experience is a plus. This is a fully in-office role, perfect for a hungry and eager professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

    + Handle construction-related tasks, including managing NTOs and lien releases.

    + Lead, train, and develop a high-performing AR and collections team.

    + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive improvements.

    + Utilize Sage Intacct (preferred) to streamline AR workflows and reporting.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience within distribution, manufacturing, or service-based industries.

    + Proven expertise in construction-related AR functions including collections, NTOs, lien releases, and billing.

    + Demonstrated success in training and developing teams.

    + Sage Intacct experience is a plus.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
