Description We are looking for a meticulous Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Benicia, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory management, procurement, and forecasting processes to support business goals in the wholesale distribution industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and supply chain expertise to contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to achieve target stock levels and maintain high customer service standards.

• Update and maintain forecasting inputs and inventory planning parameters, such as lead times, service levels, inventory targets, and product vintages, in relevant planning tools.

• Recommend adjustments to reorder points and inventory levels based on historical data, supplier specifics, and lead time changes.

• Collaborate with Brand Management to integrate sales strategies, market trends, and promotional incentives into forecasting and inventory plans.

• Work closely with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure inventory is moved efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Provide analytical support to Brand Management for the development and execution of brand strategies.

• Utilize supply chain planning systems to optimize processes and maintain accurate inventory tracking.

• Complete special projects and assignments related to supply chain operations as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Three to five years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or procurement.

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, and other Office products.

• Hands-on experience with supply chain planning systems such as Blue Ridge, Oracle, or Logility.

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 Business Central or Apprise is preferred.

• Knowledge of inventory tracking and production planning processes.
