• Construction Project Coordinator

    Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, California. This long-term contract position requires someone who excels at managing timelines, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers, ensuring efficient order processing and project workflows.

    • Build and nurture relationships with clients by anticipating their needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining proactive communication.

    • Compile, organize, and manage project documentation to support operational team success.

    • Coordinate with sales, measurement teams, and clients to initiate and complete projects within budget and schedule.

    • Develop detailed work requests and schedules for measurement teams, utilizing established tools and processes.

    • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensure compliance with project requirements.

    • Analyze project feedback and communicate insights clearly to the Customer Care team.

    • Attend client meetings to clarify objectives, document next steps, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

    • Perform consistent follow-ups with clients and internal teams to maintain progress and address inquiries promptly.

    • Support general project organization and completion of additional tasks assigned by managers. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in managing timelines and construction projects effectively.

    • Proficiency in master scheduling and project management tools.

    • Strong organizational skills to maintain structure in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally.

    • Familiarity with permitting processes and construction documentation.

    • Ability to analyze feedback and provide actionable insights.

    • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities under pressure.
