    Description

    Our client in Atlanta is seeking a Full Time Event Specialist. This role requires candidates to be on-site in Atlanta a minimum of 3 days per week.

     

    We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute events that drive brand engagement and visibility. From trade shows to internal activations, this role ensures all events are flawlessly executed and on-brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage all aspects of event planning from logistics to post-event reporting

    + Coordinate vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution

    + Partner with marketing to promote events and track ROI

    + Handle invitations, registration, and attendee communications

    + Support production of event materials, signage, and branded assets

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2–4 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing

    + Strong logistical, budget management, and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
