    Description

    Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Finance Director. The Finance Director will be responsible for planning and directing all finance and accounting activities including financial reporting, tax preparation, budgeting/forecasting and developing strategic planning throughout various divisions of the organization. The Finance Director will also work with leadership executives and must be able to work in a team environment with a high attention to detail/organization along with possessing good communication/leadership skills to manage and develop the accounting department to prioritize tasks and identify process improvement strategies.

    Finance Director Responsibilities:

    • Financial reporting

    • Strategic financial planning/analysis

    • Budgeting and forecasting

    • Risk assessment/internal controls

    • Tax preparation

    • GAAP compliance

    Finance Director Minimum Qualifications:

    • CPA required, Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

    • 10+ years of strategic finance/accounting experience with supervisory in a non-profit setting

    • Intermediate Excel skills
